We ship online orders on Monday and Tuesday. Orders received before 2 pm CST on Friday will ship on Monday. Orders received after Friday’s 2 pm cutoff time will ship on Tuesday. All orders ship via FedEx or USPS priority mail. All orders will be frozen, vacuum-packed, and shipped in an insulated container with reheating instructions. Local deliveries over $50 qualify for free delivery within a 15-mile radius of Universal City, TX. Distances more than 15 miles will incur additional delivery charges. Contact us to discuss options at (210) 201-2587.
We reserve the right to choose which shipper handles your shipment. We don’t, however, control the shipping companies themselves. Once a shipment is in the hands of the delivery company, we can’t change shipping addresses or arrange for delivery on a particular day. We can provide approximate delivery times based on the delivery company’s information. Contact us at (210) 201-2587 for help if there’s an issue with your delivery.

Shipping to Remote Areas

Be aware that remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional shipping fees. If your order is to a location with known shipping restrictions, we will promptly contact you to notify you of any additional charges. If you anticipate that a shipping company will have issues reaching your residence or business, you must inform us of those issues at the time of purchase. Such problems include but are not limited to narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel roads, and vacant establishments. Small Batch BBQ is not responsible for return shipping costs on products not delivered because of a shipping company’s inability to reach a particular location.

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

You’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost if any item is shipped and returned because it’s not deliverable due to an incorrect address.

Shipping Outside of the Continental U.S.

All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are via FedEx 2Day and, as such, require an individual quote. Small Batch BBQ will notify you of the extra shipping charges before you place your order. If you order online, we will contact you shortly after placing your order with the additional shipping charges (before the item is shipped).

Returns

Food items are perishable and, therefore, not returnable. However, Small Batch BBQ wants to make sure that your shopping experience is an excellent one, and if, for some reason, a product is not to your satisfaction, we can offer solutions. Contact us at (210) 201-2587.

Damages

If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Open and inspect all items upon delivery.

Damage reported after 24 hours

No refunds will be offered or issued. This policy is non-negotiable.

All purchasing transactions occur over a secure connection, encrypted with the highest standards and latest technologies. We check daily to verify the security of our site and your transactions. Small Batch BBQ LLC takes commercially reasonable steps to secure your data; however, no data transmission over the Internet, wireless transmission, or electronic information storage is 100% secure. Small Batch BBQ cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information we collect. You use the services and voluntarily provide us with your information at your own risk.

Your continued use of any of the Services after the effective date of the revised Shipping Policy will constitute your consent to those changes to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law.
